Job Description

The Residential HVAC Installer is responsible for installing various equipment, including air conditioning, heating units, and ductwork in home settings. All experience levels are needed.


Up To $2,000 Sign On Bonus Available for Qualified Candidates


Responsibilities:

  • Motivation and ability to excel at their job
  • Paying attention to detail on the job
  • Ability to read blueprints, and follow directions
  • Crawling in attics
  • Complete installation of light commercial
  • Installation of flex, alumiflex, rigid ducting, etc...
  • Climbing extension ladders and walking on roofs
  • Working well with and for others
  • Ability to get to and from work
  • Clean DMV record
  • Being organized

Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • 1+ years experience as an HVAC Installer
  • Ability to handle physical workload

Pay:

  • $50 - 80K per year
