Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Procurement Analyst to join our Precision Engagement Systems (Weapons) team in Saint Charles, Missouri.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Leads cross-functional process management activities.
  • Leads efforts to mitigate risk and resolve issues to high-risk programs.
  • Develops, coordinates and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.
  • Analyzes and prepares reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators.
  • Leads and mentors PES supply chain analysts to ensure data is pulled consistently and replicated across business platforms.
  • Leads development of processes and tools to measure key performance indicators.
  • Communicates strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities.
  • Partners with organization leaders on long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives.
  • Leads and oversees procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis.
  • Conducts research and analyzes business performance data from multiple sources, provides data for business performance reviews including performance to plan metrics.
  • Leads self-assessment and audit teams to identify and implement corrective action.
  • Supports the Boeing Proposal Process by representing Supplier management Develops and participates in the implementation of supply base plans to support customer and program.
  • Presents analysis of performance measurements to senior managers.
  • Develops executive level briefings.


This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.


This position is for 1st shift.


This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
  • 120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • More than 5 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations.
  • More than 5 years of experience with Excel, Access, or other database management.
  • More than 5 years of experience performing data analysis and/or reporting.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • More than 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence/data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Dashboards, SQL, Tableau, etc.).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • More than 3 years of experience in building and presenting plans or recommendations to executive leadership.
  • More than 3 years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes.
Typical Education/Experience:
Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:
Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.
Travel:
Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: $93,500 - $126,500
