The Pacific Northwest’s premier steel fabricator, Thompson Metal Fab, Inc., is in immediate need of skilled and experienced Welders and Fitters. Serving the Civil, Hydro, Oil & Gas, and custom fabrication industries. We are an AISC, API, AWS, ASME, and WABO certified facility. With 85 years in the industry, we have a reputation of producing some of the highest quality fabrications on the West Coast.

Thompson Metal Fab, Inc. is a union shop that offers outstanding benefits for employees and their dependents. We offer two shifts: Day shift 6:30AM-3:00PM Mon-Fri and Swing shift 3:00PM-1:30AM Mon-Thur.

Competitive wages start ranging between $32.47 and $35.42, with opportunity for advancement. All levels of experience will be considered for highly motivated individuals that take pride in their work ethic.
