Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Associate or Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 2 or 3) to join the Materials and Standards Supply Chain Operations team located in Everett, Washington!


This is an exciting opportunity to join an innovative and diverse team. In this role, you will support the Boeing Materials and Standards Supply Chain Operations team. This role partners with Boeing manufacturers, internal and external customers, and third-party logistics, with an emphasis on aggregation.


The successful candidate will be a motivated self-starter and have the ability to integrate and develop relationships throughout multiple levels of their team.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Performs continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
  • Communicates performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
  • Supports sourcing strategies, negotiations and documenting of contracts and agreements.
  • Prepares and implements proprietary information agreements.


This position is expected to be 80% Onsite with the option to be Hybrid up to 20% of the time. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, Washington.


The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
  • 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience in a role requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • 1+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers and all levels of leadership
  • Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time
  • 1+ years of experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management
  • 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience):
  • 1+ years of experience managing projects and using standard project management tools
  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Higher education includes college, university, technical school, programs, etc.)
  • 1+ years of experience working in cross functional teams
  • 1+ years or experience working in a manufacturing, assembly and/or aerospace environment
Typical Education/ Experience:
Associate (Level 2)
Typically, 3 or more years' related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Experienced (Level 3)
Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.
Relocation:

Summary pay range:
Associate (Level 2): $64,600-$87,400
Experienced (Level 3): $79,900-$108,100
