What You Will Do:

The eXp University Instructional Design Coordinator’s mission is to support eXp University in the successful design, development and implementation of live and e-learning training classes and events that promote agent productivity and retention across eXp Realty.

The eXp University Instructional Design Coordinator is responsible for working with our collaborators to build, audit and review content for all eXp University training sessions.

How You Will Make An Impact:

• Support department efforts to create, implement and improve eXp University’s training classes and curriculum in support of department objectives and key results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, instructors, agents and subject matter experts to successfully design, development and implement live and e-learning training
• Train instructors in the use of virtual eXp World by Virbela presentation tools as well as virtual streaming tools
• Develop and maintain solid understanding of all training platforms used
• Support department efforts to create, implement and improve eXp University training classes and curriculum in support of department objectives and key results
• Support eXp University in gathering information about the current strengths and weaknesses of agents at eXp Realty
• Work effectively as a team member with other members of the department and organization
• Support the preparation of key result reporting as required
• Review, edit and convert instructor resources to eXpU branded materials
• Assist with content discovery calls and coordinate with instructors for timely delivery of their content
• Perform session audits to ensure compliance and quality assurance
• Evaluate Instructor Proposals for content quality and instructor performance
• Acquire subject matter expertise of the real estate industry and eXp Realty in order to communicate effectively and support training initiatives

How You Will Grab Our Attention:

• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS)
• Knowledge of instructional theory, including assessment
• Previous experience in instructional design
• Experience as a classroom instructor
• Real Estate experience is strongly preferred
• 1 year+ experience in managing and/or facilitating virtual training events
• Strong experience using Microsoft Office/Google Suite, particularly Powerpoint and/or Google Slides
• Experience with design platforms such as InDesign and Canva
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients
• Excellent project management and orgnaizational skills
• Strong background in various real estate technology
• Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives
• BS, MS, or higher degree in instructional design, education, or related field
• Proven experience in creating interactive training programs and presentations
• Familiarity with course management systems such as Blackboard
• Teaching or administrator’s license is a plus
