College Track is a comprehensive college completion program that equips students confronting systemic barriers to earn a bachelor's degree and a life of choice, opportunity, and power. We are a values-first organization, placing commitment, passion, joy, authenticity and excellence at the center of everything we do across our 12 sites.

You'll know Executive Site Director role is the right fit for you if…

  • You have experience cultivating and managing external partnerships, and can leverage your network to support the mission of College Track
  • You are a leader and a coach, with proven experience managing teams to meet programmatic outcomes
  • You have 8-10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years of (externally facing) leadership experience at a non-profit, ideally a youth-serving institution; higher education experience is a plus
  • You have a deep understanding of and passion for supporting students from underserved communities to attend and graduate from four year universities
  • You have experience with donors and funders, and are adept at building strong relationships with them
  • You are confident managing budgets, allocating financial resources, and partnering with constituents
  • You are excited to support our students by working with them in-person four days a week

As a passionate member of College Track's team, you would be provided access to extensive benefits centered around three core areas of wellness: health care, work-life balance, and financial security. We believe time off is essential to success and provide up to 27 discretionary time off days (Sick and Vacation) in addition to 28 paid office closure and holiday days in your first year of employment.
