  • This is not a remote position. This role will be located in Frisco, TX and will require at least 3 days in office.


The Office of the CFO (OCFO) offers a fast-paced and team-focused environment that supports not only T-Mobile’s CFO but ensures that the dynamic organization of 1,500+ employees runs effectively. As an Executive Operations Manager, you will lead meaningful programs that deliver the best employee experience possible for Finance employees & supporting senior leaders to maximize the impact through a broad view of the entire organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders from across T-Mobile and be empowered to solve challenging, yet impactful problems. Are you ready to join the Un-Carrier?


What You Will Do


  • Serve as a contributing member of the Chief of Staff team by assisting with internal project management, building tools and resources that help drive process improvement, and standardizing project management within the department 
  • Create communication strategies & deliverables for assigned programs & ensure alignment with overarching Finance Communication Plan
  • Owning all, & owning the development & preparation of internal communications, presentations/briefings, & events. aspects of business planning activities for assigned senior leader(s), executing on highly visible strategic tasks & initiatives, creating positive impact across the organization
  • Launch a cohesive Finance Onboarding program allowing for new employees to quickly ramp into their position, building a common experience among all Finance teams, integrating closely with Enterprise Onboarding for programmatic alignment, & providing People Leaders tools that enable a successful on Day 1
  • Develop & implement the Finance Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DE&I) strategy centered on education, talent attraction, professional development, & a culture of belong that focused on increasing positive sediment among all employees


Qualifications


  • Have a high degree of business acumen, discretion, urgency, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Self-starter with the ability to anticipate requirements, prioritize workload, & meet deadlines through a resourceful mindset
  • Work Experience: 2-4 years in supervisory or program management experience
  • Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree
  • Experience performing data analysis through multiple methods/tools
  • Work Experience: Employee Experience, Communications, Human Resources, DE&I, Business/Executive Operations, & Strategy Development
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
  • Work Experience: 4-7 years in organizational programs, business/executive operations, or related area
  • Excellent interpersonal, work ethic, and presentation skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
