Job Description
Location: Chester, PA


Salary: $185,000.00 USD Annually - $200,000.00 USD Annually


Description: Our client is currently seeking a Executive Manager/CEO - Water Utility


  • Demonstrate experience leading teams through change and promoting flexibility during the process.
  • Leadership experience must include supervision of personnel and teams.
  • Minimum of (10) years of leadership experience in utility or related industry.
  • Directly supervise the work of the Department Heads: Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Plant Operations, Chief of Distribution, Director of Engineering, Director of Human Resources, Asst. to the Executive Manager and Board Liaison, Director of Information Systems, and Director of Regulatory Compliance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in the areas of business, engineering, or other related fields.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in planning and implementing plans and projects.
