Executive Director Job Overview: Our healthcare client located in O'Neill, NE is seeking to add a new Executive Director to their team. The Executive Director is responsible for maintaining the overall operations and management of the facility. To be successful in the role of Executive Director, you must be highly organized, motivated, and a strong leader.
This is a Direct Hire role. What you will be doing as an Executive Director Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services Maintain a community that is conducive to the wellbeing of all residents Establish and communicate organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines to staff Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, and adjust strategies accordingly Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), addressing areas for improvement Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed Foster a positive work environment, promoting professional growth and development Address residents' concerns and complaints promptly and appropriately Build and maintain positive relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and regulatory agencies Represent the facility in community events, conferences, and networking opportunities Collaborate with external stakeholders to advocate for the facility's interests and promote the organization's mission Skills you ideally bring to the table as an Executive Director Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field preferred Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within the long-term healthcare industry preferred Knowledge of relevant regulations, licensing requirements, and healthcare best practices Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and financial management Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities Learn more about Saige Partners on Facebook or LinkedIn
