Job Description
Career Opportunity: Executive Director with Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity in Maumee, OHDo you have a passion for making a positive impact on people’s lives? As the Executive Director for Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity (MVHFH), you will be responsible for the operation and leadership of the entire organization, supervision of direct staff, leadership of the broader team, management of fiscal responsibilities, and the consistent achievement of the organization’s mission. You will work collaboratively with the Board to execute board policy and goals as well as provide support to subcommittees that oversee various functions of the organization.

This is both a public and internal facing position that requires the ability to build collaborative partnerships and external strategic alliances with other community organizations, faith-based organizations, local officials, and business and community leaders. You will act as the principal spokesperson for the affiliate within the community and with other external groups.

Maumee Valley Habitat for Humanity (MVHFH) is a nonprofit housing organization that brings people together to build homes, community, and hope in Lucas County. Our vision is of a world where everyone has a decent place to live. We work toward this vision by building and improving homes in partnership with individuals and families in need of a decent and affordable place to live. As a Christian ministry, we also strive to keep God at the Center of all that we do.

Annual Salary Range: $121,000 to $148,000
