Position Overview: As the Vice President of Sales, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing and executing the company's sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring the successful implementation of sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales in the facilities management industry and a strategic mindset to guide our expansion efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and large-scale client presentations.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts and operational capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and present sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to the executive leadership team.
  • Implement and leverage CRM systems to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.

Qualifications:

  • Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Strong understanding of facility services, building maintenance, and related solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years of successful sales leadership experience in the facilities management, commercial real estate, or related industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company objectives.
