Event Coordinator Jobs

Tarvos Talent is working with a client in need of an Event Coordinator. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various types of virtual events, meetings, conferences, webinars, and workshops. You will work closely with stakeholders, and team members to ensure that events run smoothly and meet their objectives. This is a remote position, ideally the candidate would be located in Austin, or in Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Develop event agendas and source speakers.
• Foster attendee engagement and interaction.
• Coordinate technical aspects and troubleshoot issues.
• Collect feedback and create post-event reports.
• Plan, organize, and execute virtual events, webinars, and conferences.
• Stay updated on virtual event trends and technologies.
