The Opportunity:

The Exchange Traded Products Specialist (“ETP Specialist”) will work in a small client-oriented institutional trading operation that services the primary market (i.e. no retail). The primary responsibilities are to receive, review, and authorize institutional orders while also performing daily reconciliations and reporting.

What you’ll do:

• Management of assigned projects.
• Develop business system requirements.
• Receive, review, and authorize institutional orders.
• Perform daily reconciliations of clients’ orders in accordance with policies and procedures.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• FINRA series 7 and 63 license preferred (or must be attained within 3 months of hire)
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in securities and security markets, investment operations and/or financial client experience

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Major or concentration in Finance, Economics, or Accounting or equivalent experience
• Trading experience in stocks, bonds, commodities, and/or ETFs

• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and comfortable working in a tech-enabled environment
