Escrow Officer Jobs

This position is for an office manager at a high-paced luxury home developer in North Scottsdale.

The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multifaceted role.

Responsibilities:

• Perform other office tasks
• Telephone and email Subcontractors, Suppliers & homeowners
• Update project schedules in "Builder Trend" software
• Lien waivers from Subcontractors and Suppliers
• Process Monthly draw requests in Excel spreadsheets
• Track tasks and schedules in "Builder Trend" software
• Manage organized filing system
• Enter bills, pay bills and reconcile accounts in Quickbooks
• Process Subcontractor Agreements
• Plan and schedule appointments for the owner

Qualifications:

• Enjoys working independently in small office setting
• Quickbooks experience helpful
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Previous experience as Escrow Officer & office administration
• Microsoft Office Suite experience

Work Hours - Mon - Fri - 8 am - 5 pm with 1 hr for lunch

Compensation - $60,000 + Performance bonus opportunities
