This role is open to remote employees across the US. If based in Louisville, KY, this role will follow a hybrid office/home schedule. The position title internally is called SG Disclosure and Reporting Senior Analyst

Meaningful Work From Day One


This position would lead reporting and disclosure for Brown-Forman’s evolving Environmental, Social, and Governance program. The person in this role will be responsible for managing data coordination, disclosure preparation, and reporting across the business. Opportunities for early wins will include the project management for the integration of a new automated ESG platform and supporting the enhancement of reporting processes.


What You Can Expect


  • Manage and maintain subject matter expertise on relevant ESG reporting


initiatives and frameworks.


  • Lead ESG data collection for quarterly Board of Directors and Executive
  • Track and measure ESG reporting initiatives and identify gaps via benchmarking.
  • Lead internal assessment programs and audits of ESG metrics and KPIs, and the creation of the annual integrated report and other external reporting products.

What You Bring To The Table


  • Minimum of 3 years of ESG or related project management experience


demonstrating successful management of projects from kick-off to completion and an innovative and effective approach to communicating and reporting.


  • Experience with CDP, GRI, TCDF, SASB and/or other ESG reporting frameworks and requirements.
  • An interest in ESG and an understanding of the various stakeholders, concerns, and impacts related to this discipline.

  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across global teams
  • Experience responding to ESG surveys such as (S&P, MSCI, Hang Seng Corporate Sustainability Index or others
  • Experience with executive reporting and supporting investor ESG communications
  • Expert project management skills level and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities
