  • Post-Harvest Associate
  • Cultivation Technician
  • Packaging Associate 1st & 2nd Shift

  • Ability to climb up and down ladders
  • Constant cleaning and sterilizing of tools and department required
  • Must be 21 years of age
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform the physical duties of the job, including standing for long periods of time, bending, stretching, squatting, twisting, and lifting

WORK SCHEDULE FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL ASSOCIATE


This entry-level position typically works 8 - 10-hour shifts. We offer a variety of shift options, including the 1st or 2nd shift.


Position Requirements


  • Experience working in a shifting environment with a great deal of constructive feedback and input
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a Registered Agent Card issued by the state of operation
  • Must be able to work in warm tempature enviroments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
  • Other duties and responsibilities
  • Must be able to internalize training and follow instructions
  • Full knowledge of all applicable law, regulations, and requirements to keep the facility at 100% compliance at all times, this includes being up to date on any changes to current applicable laws/regulations
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Must be focused, pay close attention to detail
  • Basic Excel, Word, and general compute knowledge
  • Must be and remain compliant with any and all regulatory requirements for working in the cannabis industry
  • Well organized and ability to keep deadlines
  • Must be 21 years or older and pass any and all required pre-employment screenings
  • Must have excellent organization and time management skills
  • Must be able to go up and down ladders
  • Fast, efficient, nimble.
  • Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Works well with all peers
