• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, providing prompt and professional assistance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and special requirements.
• Coordinate with cruise line representatives and travel partners to secure bookings, reservations, and special requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
• Create and present tailored cruise itineraries that meet client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new cruise offerings.

Requirements:
