Job Description
If you are interested in an Opportunity for Entry Level Travel Specialist, this may be for you. To join our company you must be passionate about trip destinations. You will manage tour requirements made for business or leisure and you will provide tourism-related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.


Responsibilities


  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodation
  • No Experience Necessary
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
  • Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, insurance and other travel services
  • Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends


Skills


  • Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
  • Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
  • Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
  • Social Media Marketing
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
