Entry Level Marketing Representative

Aces Global is an expanding firm in the Fresno area. We are seeking an Entry Level Marketing Representative with a passion for aspiring leaders to gain experience and join our energetic team. The goal is for the Entry Level Marketing Representative role to be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining key relationships with potential customers, the client we represent, and colleagues.

Within the federal LifeLine Assistance program we run out of our office, our goal is to impact low-income communities and help as many people as possible. The main focus of the Entry Level Marketing Representative is to present and promote the client’s products and services to new customers. Our company's goal is to shift from awareness to taking action and providing a memorable experience for those in need and who are not as fortunate.

Entry Level Marketing Representative Responsibilities:

Someone in this role would be the face and personality of our brand representation. Not only will you be the first experience someone has of our company, but you are the liaison between our clients and the customer. The Entry Level Marketing Representative must understand program goals, monitor progression towards meeting these goals, and report this progress to program leadership on a regular basis. In the Entry Level Marketing Representative position, someone must prospect and contact potential customers, reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. We serve our customers first and foremost.

Required Skills for the Entry Level Marketing Representative Position:

• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects delegated by Promotion Managers simultaneously to achieve overall company goals
• Understand client and company goals and meet deadlines
• Entrepreneurial-minded with a high level of motivation and desire for growth
• Commitment to good attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in a high-energy environment
• Determination to provide the best customer service experience possible to consumers
• Be a self-starter with problem-solving skills

Entry Level Marketing Representative Qualifications:

• Goal-oriented, looking for a career
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or other related fields
• Experience in building rapport with clients
• 2 years minimum prior promotional experience in a related field is not required but is desirable
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Being bilingual is a plus in working with a diverse community
