We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Entry Level Management Trainee!

During our paid training sessions, you will have the opportunity to develop skills necessary for your career such as negotiation, customer acquisition, goal creation and achievement, and leadership. Responsibilities

• Maintain constant and effective communication with team members and management.
• Customer account creation and maintenance
• Educating and mentoring new representatives
• Face-to-face interactions with new and existing customers on behalf of our clients to retain brand recognition
• Developing and executing goals successfully while collaborating with management to ensure that team sales targets are met
• Attend client training courses on a regular basis to stay up to date on industry advancements, promotions, and merchandise.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Excellent time management skills and a can-do attitude
• A high school diploma or its equivalent is required.
