NCO is looking for an Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our growing marketing and promotions team, which helps us run campaigns for our brand partners. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative would be helping us use our established marketing techniques to run campaigns with a solid team of brand ambassadors, making sure things run smoothly and keeping our clients at the forefront of their respective industries. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns. S/he will work closely with marketing managers and the sales team to promote lead generation and opportunities to upsell.

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Working with the Marketing Coordinator and the Operations Manager to integrate campaigns with sales promotions.
• Have consistently professional, friendly, and positive behavior at all times with customers, co-workers, and managers.
• Document and share lead/customer intelligence with the sales team.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
• Keeping updated on industry and competitive trends and regularly informing sales and marketing of noteworthy news items and opportunities.
