Job Description

STRUCTURAL, a Structural Technologies Company, is looking for entry level concrete laborers to join our St. Petersburg, FL team - no previous experience necessary! Our ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and desire for growth in the construction field.

Construction duties include:

  • Concrete placement and finishing
  • Concrete repair
  • Rebar replacement
  • Caulking
  • Coating application
  • Concrete demolition
  • Carbon Fiber installation
  • Formwork / carpentry
  • Expansion joints
  • Waterproofing

Job Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must also be able to pass written or computerized industrial plant entrance tests
  • Bi-lingual English / Spanish is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation to get to/from jobsites throughout the Tampa Bay area
  • Comfortable working on elevated heights, as some projects may require man lifts or scaffold systems
  • Must be team focused and goal oriented
  • Willingness to travel to out of town projects when necessary
  • Must be safety - oriented in all situations and environments
  • Ideally, he/she would have a general understanding of construction equipment, tools and materials
  • Comfortable working on or around the water

Candidates have the potential to earn between $19-$23 per hour and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), paid vacation and more!

* $300 Signing Bonus - $150 after 30 days of employment, $150 after 90 days of employment *
