Job Description

Simpalm is a leading Mobile App and Web Development company with office inMaryland and Chicago. Our clients include enterprises, nonprofits and startups. We are looking to fill a Business Analyst position in our Maryland office to engage with our clients on Software Development Projects. Applicants from non-IT and non-computer science background, having good communication and analytical skills can also apply. We will provide full training to the right candidates. We prefer candidates fromMD/DC/VA/PA area.We are looking for a combination of aptitude and skills. Simpalm will provide the right compensation based upon the experience and talent.


This is an in-house position where you will work on our existing projects. This job is only for US Citizens and Green Card Holders


Job responsibilities include following task

  • Ability to present and articulate ideas in user friendly language.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and methodology
  • Candidate must be able to articulate the ideas/business needs or problems to higher management.
  • Candidate must be able to facilitate meetings with cross functional teams .
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing.
  • Candidate must be able to analyze current business processes, understand current environment, identify gaps/pain points in current business process.
  • Ability to work in a team oriented, collaborative environment


Required Skills

  • Associate Degree, or BA/BS degree or/and Master degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to learn new technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
