We are currently seeking aspiring Behavior Technicians who are available to work Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm CST.

Requirements:

v High school diploma or equivalent.

v Must be 18 years of age or older.

v Ability to lift up to 30 pounds while assisting patients.

v Negative tuberculosis test.

v English proficiency, both verbal and written, is required.

v US Work authorization.

Interview Process:

v Initial contact with a dedicated region recruiter for a 20 - 30 minute phone screen.

v Virtual or in person interview with Operation Manager within one of our centers.

v We will follow up with you within 48 hours of your interview for next steps or feedback regarding your experience.

v Our interview process for Behavioral Technician applicants can be completed in less than two weeks depending on your availability and location.

v You have experience as or have a passion for being a Nanny, Babysitter, Preschool Teacher, Montessori Guide, Tutor, Substitute Teacher, Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP), Mental Health/Autism Advocate, Behavioral Health Technicians, Paraprofessionals, Direct Support Professionals, Camp Counselor, Childcare Volunteer, Sunday School Teacher, After School Programs, or a related field.

v You are working towards a degree in or have completed a degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, Sociology, Human Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
