Entry Level Administrative Clerk

We are looking for a responsible Entry Level Administrative Clerk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Clerk include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our companys general administrative activities.

Duties

• Planning of office events, booking travel arrangements for managers.
• Organization of meetings.
• Processing various accounting information.
• Reply to general information requests from prospects and customers with accurate information.
• Forward phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
• Greet visitors and clients.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
• Previous experience in a secretarial role
• Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
