Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting prior art, re-examinations, freedom-to-operate, due diligence, patentability, litigation support, and patent searches
• Responding to USPTO Office Actions
• Drafting top-notch U.S. patent applications for major technology companies

What the Law Firm is Looking For:

• Excellent academics AND industry or research credentials prefered.
• A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field
• At least 2+ years of top law firm patent prosecution experience in high-tech matters
• Outstanding writing and verbal skills
• Admitted to at least one State and admitted to the USPTO

Competitive Compensation and Benefits Package:

• Compensation is based solely on productivity.
• Medial benefits and 401K
• Anticipated compensation range of $170,000-330,000 per year, depending on work productivity, position and if you have clients
