Job Description
Harmonytech Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As the Enterprise Architect Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing strategic projects, ensuring their successful planning, implementation, and integration within our organization. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with 10+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in project management.


The position is available in Washington, DC, requires a Public Trust Clearance, and U.S. citizenship.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and integrate technology solutions to meet business objectives, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead and manage large-scale projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery within allocated timelines and budget.
  • Showcase excellent oral and written communication skills, facilitating clear and concise communication across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, providing guidance and expertise in technology roadmaps to support long-term business growth and sustainability.
  • Utilize your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to adapt project management approaches based on project requirements and stakeholder needs.
  • Employ project planning techniques and accurate time estimation methodologies to effectively manage resources and deliverables.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams, fostering effective communication and coordination to drive project success.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of information technology planning and implementation, leveraging this knowledge to develop comprehensive project strategies and roadmaps.
  • Prioritize stakeholder satisfaction, actively engaging and managing expectations to ensure successful project outcomes.


Requirements:


  • Strong background in project management using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, adapting approaches as needed.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, specifically in enterprise architecture and technology integration.
  • In-depth experience in information technology planning, implementation, and solution integration.
  • Proficiency in project planning and accurate time estimation techniques.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and technology roadmaps, demonstrating the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is mandatory.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects with cross-functional/multi-discipline teams.
  • FDA experience is considered a plus, but not mandatory.


Preferred (Nice-to-have) Qualification::


  • Familiarity with FDA regulations and experience in working within a FDA-regulated environment.


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
