Job Description

Position: Enrollment Specialist / Setter

Location: Remote/Contract

Job Summary:

As an Enrollment Specialist for Design Suite, your primary responsibility will be to drive new business revenue by generating conversations with potential clients and effectively following up on leads. You will play a critical role in achieving our revenue targets and contribute to the growth of our organization. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication: Attend morning huddles via Zoom at 8:30 am MST on Mondays and 8:00 am MST from Tuesday to Friday. Communicate via Slack and Marco Polo between 8:00 am to 6:00 pm EST daily.
  • Product Offerings: Close a minimum of 24 units of our main program (Design Suite Mastermind) per week for our Consult Coaches
  • Follow-up: Recoup and re-set leads that didn't initially close, ensuring a high conversion rate and maximizing revenue opportunities.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize both organic and outbound marketing methods to generate a minimum of 120 calls/contacts per month (approximately 6 per day) with potential clients.
  • Reporting: Provide end-of-day reports via Monday.com to update progress, projections, tracking sheets, and the CRM.
  • Team and Administrative Tasks: Execute daily team and administrative tasks to support efficient operations.
  • Closing Ratio: Maintain a minimum 20% "live call" closing ratio to ensure effective sales conversion.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base/Draw: $1,200 per month
  • Full-time Position: 30-40 hours per week with the freedom to create your own schedule.
  • Commission: $200 per closed Mastermind and $100 per closed University enrollment
  • Expected Earnings: With a target of 24 closed sets per month, the expected annual earnings are $50,400 (base/draw + commission).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to engage in texting and email communication as the primary channels of interaction.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and effectively articulate product offerings.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proven experience in lead generation and sales, preferably in a similar role.
