supports development and door testing

• assist in prototype builds - hands on construction of doors and fixtures

• Build doors for scratch to support startup of testing

• Maintaining the door cycle testing (fix ropes, adjust air cylinders, observe/record any failures)

• Build test stands and assist with setting cases into stations in expanded section

• brainstorm ideas for improvements

• documents learning in reports, FRACAS system, verbally and written forms

• ability to view drawing in solid edge

• ideally ability to draw parts in solid edge (draw sheet metal parts in solid edge)

• executes test plan

• ability to understand and follow procedures

• Conduct destructive testing where needed

• Know how to input data into Excel and maybe create excel spreadsheets

• inspects door daily and documents observations

• Be willing to learn how to check cycle counts in the PLC program
