Mozaic (a chapter of The Arc) is hiring for an Employment Specialists. Employment Specialists are essential for the difference they make in the lives of the people they work with daily. They teach life and work skills on a daily basis and develop individualized activities and job opportunities promoting personal growth and independence. Employment Specialists must communicate and problem solve effectively with all individuals, team members, and service providers to provide quality services for all individuals.


Minimum Qualifications


  • Associates Degree in Human Services discipline preferred. Three years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Must be able to pass criminal background checks.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications.
  • Valid driver's license.

Hours: Full-time; 35 hours per week


Pay Range; $18.75-$21.23 per hour DOE.
