ARE YOU THE EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
AVERAGE DAY AS AN EMPLOYMENT COORDINATOR
While working with our human services nonprofit as an Employment Coordinator, you can expect to meet with clients one-on-one, conducting intake interviews to assess their needs and create personalized action plans. You build rapport and establish trust with clients, fostering a supportive and empowering environment. Utilizing your knowledge of local job market trends, you identify suitable employment opportunities and connect clients with potential employers. In addition to client interactions, you also are responsible for maintaining accurate records of client progress and outcomes. This involves documenting client information, tracking job applications and interviews, and updating case files as needed. Another important aspect of your role is building strong relationships with local employers and community organizations. This role is perfect for you because you're motivated and compassionate.
YOUR SCHEDULE
This job placement position works Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Bachelor's degree or higher education and/or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated track record for providing exceptional customer service
- Valid driver's license
