About The Job


Dudek is looking for a dynamic marketer who is interested in joining an employee-owned company focused on shaping sustainable natural and urban environments. Our ideal candidate will develop and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction. They will ensure timely delivery of employee engagement programming tailored to the needs of Dudekians and creates feedback mechanisms to demonstrate effectiveness. Monitors progress and recommends adjustments on employee engagement activities as they relate to matters of maintaining Dudek culture.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Creating ways to measure and assess engagement (for example, surveys)
  • Coordinating the inventory and ordering of SWAG
  • Acts as an ambassador to new employees
  • Researches engagement assessments and best practices.
  • Performs market research to support new engagement initiatives.
  • Implementing communications plans to inform Dudekians of tailored initiatives.
  • Partners with employee experience manager to collect feedback and communicate employee needs.
  • Coordinates with various teams/departments (e.g., IT, HR Practices)
  • Tracks learning and development outcomes.
  • Works with graphics team to create figures/graphics to support internal initiatives and events.
  • Organizes data for internal communications.
  • Promotes an environment that fosters inclusive relationships


Minimum Requirements


  • A creative perspective and flexible mindset to innovate and understand different viewpoints
  • Technical savvy and experience working with Air Table, MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, Deltek Vision, AllSeated and online meeting tools
  • BA in Communication, English, Marketing, HR, or another related field
  • A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Experience across employer branding, employee experience, HR systems, event coordination, of approximately 2-5 years
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills that foster long-term stakeholder relationships and facilitate work cross-functionally
  • The ability to organize and juggle multiple tasks with accuracy and prioritize competing projects
  • Critical thinking skills that enable problem solving within a collaborative work environment

Physical Requirements


Working Conditions:


  • This job operates in a remote or office-based environment and this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, printers, etc.
  • This job requires some travel (10-15%)
  • This job requires occasional project site visits-based outdoors which can include excessive noise, uneven walking surfaces, extreme weather, moving vehicles and equipment.

  • This job requires attending meetings, both in person and virtually as well as speaking on the phone with peers, clients, etc. Speaking, hearing and listening are required.

Proposed Salary Range: $29-37.50/hourly*


  • Final agreed upon compensation will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to an individual’s related experience, education, certifications, skills, and work location.
