Responsibilities

Our client is looking for an Embedded Developer who will be responsible for performing reverse engineer research on highly complex software applications. Candidates must have a TS/SCI FSP Poly (must have an active or recent FSP Poly completed in the past 7 years).

• Perform embedded development, vulnerability analysis, reverse engineering, software development, and operational support to solve many of the country’s toughest problems
• Support numerous challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission
• Apply expertise in C/C++ development, Java development, reverse engineering, and automated unit testing in Python, develop capabilities in assembly, research existing functionality, and learn new technologies quickly
• Provide support to the test team during component and system testing and perform protocol analysis

Requirements

• Experience with Software Reverse Engineering and/or debugging tools, such as IDAPro, OllyDbg, gdb, etc.
• Four (4) year experience with embedded platforms (Linux, Unix, Android, VxWorks)
• Knowledge of low level, systems programming concepts
• Familiarity with assembly languages (development or reversing)
• Development experience with Virtual Environments (VMWare/ESXi, Open Stack, Open vSwitch, QEMU)
• Six (6) year experience with Software development experience using C, C/C++, or other proprietary languages
• Knowledge of Software System Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Integration, and/or Testing

Preferred Requirements

• Knowledge of telecommunications
• Experience with Assembly
• Experience with Python
• Experience with vulnerability analysis and exploit development

Education/Certification Requirements

• A BA or BS degree is required for this position.

System Engineer

TS/SCI FSP Poly Clearance Required (Must have an active or recent FSP Poly completed in the past 7 years)

Responsibilities

Our client is seeking a System Engineer to join their team in Annapolis Junction, MD. Candidates must have an active TS/SCI with a current or recent FSP Poly (FSP Poly done within the past 7 years.

• Load and configure cloud servers and vendor (e.g., Cisco, Juniper) or white box routers and switches
• Analyze complex local and wide area network systems, including planning, designing, evaluating, and configuring operating systems and protocol suites for virtualized and containerized systems
• Act as a technical project leader or provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed
• Resolve difficult interoperability problems to obtain operation across host, hypervisor, and guest nodes
• Support the acquisition of hardware and software and subcontractor services

Requirements

• Experience with Linux or OpenStack
• Experience with network planning for telecommunications switches
• Knowledge of telephony and telecommunication
• Experience with Cisco, Juniper or equivalent networking equipment
• Knowledge of networking services
• Experience with Kubernetes
• 8+ years of experience with providing technical support for the engineering and testing of complex software and hardware systems in the communication field
• Experience with conducting integration and system level testing of telecommunications systems or platforms
• Experience with VMWare, QEMU, KVM, or Docker
• Knowledge of software defined networking

Preferred Requirements

• A RHCSA certification is preferred

Education/Certification Requirements

• At least a High School Diploma or GED is required.
