RND Automation, a rapidly expanding robotic automation, assembly & packaging equipment company is seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician for Florida's largest industrial automatic, robotics, and packaging machinery manufacturer in Lakewood Ranch, Florida.

Description

The Electronics Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly of electrical Control panels per customer orders.

• Mentor junior members of the team
• Layout of components in various size cabinets.
• Maintain necessary U.L. & other quality control files.
• Install and wire devices such as switches, meters, analyzers, transmitters, etc.
• Majority of time will be spent wiring industrial control panels

Responsibilities

Requires a minimum of a High School Education, a Technical Certificate in Electrical Controls is desired, and 1+ years’ experience in control panel building, wiring, reading schematics and electrical diagrams. Experience using hand tools to drill, tap, and assemble electrical panel is a must. Highly motivated, detail oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
