Title: Education Program Manager
Location: Chicago
Duration: 6 months contract
Project Overview
- Develop a comms strategy for upcoming transitions, including externally-facing, vendor-facing, and internal messaging.
- Managing budgets: create POs, track spending, report on spending, manage supplier relationships
- Transition all certified communities from their existing community space to a new online platform; this includes building a project plan, managing communications, and setting up behind-the-scenes processes for a smooth transition.
- Support program operations and logistics for 7 in-person global activities for our top education influences.
- Manage end-to-end workflows to streamline and consolidate external program operations for our certified educator communities.
- Manage the workflow of multiple projects end to end: Creating forms, gather user feedback, iterate on process, measure project’s success, monitor day to day admissions and connections of program, and increase participation (Kristal: School Visits/Buddy Program, CL Pilot work, and Fireside Chats).
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications: Strong experience in Program/Project Management
- Experience understanding business OKRs, and tracking metrics to align to them
- Strong oral and written communication skills (in US-English)
- Strong attention to detail Strategy experience
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects end to end
- Ability to define program vision and build an execution plan
- Proven ability to build consensus, and stakeholder management with multiple competing priorities
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications (Nice to Have’s)Passion and/or interest in education technology and the impact it can have on instruction and student learning (expertise in edtech not required)
- Project Management Certification
Compensation:
The estimated pay range for this position is USD $51.00/Hr - USD $57.00/Hr and is a Non-Exempt role.
Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
