Responsibilities

• Adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene standards to guarantee the safety of our products.
• Collaborate with the product development team to create innovative and enticing confections for our customers.
• Train and mentor junior confectionery staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients and equipment required for candy production.
• Utilize your expertise in candy making to produce delicious and consistent batches of cannabis-infused gummies and chocolates.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines regarding cannabis-infused edibles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of recipes, processes, and product quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Strong knowledge of cannabis-infused edibles production, dosing, and infusion methods.
• Understanding of food safety regulations and willingness to follow strict compliance guidelines.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various departments.
• Multiple years of hands-on experience in the confections industry, with a focus on gummies and chocolates (pectin and gelatin-based).
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and schedules.
• Creativity and a passion for experimenting with new flavors and textures in confectionery products.
