Ecosystem Concierge Associate Jobs

What You'll Do:

Daily tasks include:

• Supporting incoming questions with business owners and partners through our various modes of communication including phone, email, and chat.
• Uses knowledge of both Principal's product and solution suite as well as ecosystem strategic partners solutions to navigate and advise internal and external partners.
• Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries providing expertise on products, concepts, illustrations, systems or service issues.
• Build and maintain partnerships to identify solutions to opportunities and deliver revenue growth.

Who You Are:

• Ability to uncover business owner needs via research, active listening and review of ecosystem outputs
• Prior experience working with small to medium size businesses/business owners
• Dedicated desire to work and think as a business owner partner, including ability to use diverse resources available
• Resourceful and can expertly navigate situations to get the appropriate people engaged from across the organization (e.g., troubleshoot ecosystem issues)
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
• 6+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
• Works well with ambiguity, demonstrating strong ability to adapt to change and strong situational awareness
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Basic knowledge of plan and contract documents, manuals, procedures, and company products and services
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to establish trust and rapport easily across all channels of communication

Salary Range Information: Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range: $30.65 - $58.27 / hour Additional Information:
