LHH is recruiting immediately for a full time, Ecommerce Marketing Manager for one of our global manufacturing clients in the Greater Chicago area.
Location: Hybrid in Greater Chicago Area - Travel up to 20% (all domestic)
Compensation: $90K-$130K (based on experience) + bonus and benefits
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, and added perks and benefits.
Role Requirements:
- Experience in developing a best-in-class content/merchandising strategy.
- Experience in managing new product development initiatives or launches.
- Experience with sponsored ads.
- Proven growth/results via strategic management of paid media digital campaigns and strategic management of the budget to drive consumer engagement, acquisition, and conversion through digital marketing tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, Digital Marketing, or Similar.
- Prior supervisory and budget experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- You enjoy working strategically as well as tactically.
- Amazon experience.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various internal functions inclusive of Sales, Brand, Product, IT, and external partners.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in marketing and with specific experience in consumer products and e-commerce.
Huge plus if you are/have:
- Analytical with desktop Tableau experience
- Experience building a D2C strategy.
- Personal Growth Mindset –You are motivated to keep learning and growing in the digital and ecommerce spaces as they move quickly with ever-emerging technologies and new trends.
