E-Commerce Assistant Jobs

We are looking for an E-commerce Assistant for a top fashion company in New York, New York. This Associate level position operates on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:

• Helping E-commerce department with little tasks like printing UPS return label, scanning orders, return form, RMA etc.
• Cross reference the website back end Inventory & Operating system.
• Helping the E-commerce Marketing team to schedule and coordinate photographer, hair make-up person, models / model manager, model casting for the photo shoot.
• Running E-commerce Inventory every Monday and replenish the sold Inventory.
• Preparing the simple and configurable sheets for Upload.
• Uploading all Images in Magento and set all coding. Once the descriptions are inserted, then release them to the website.
• Arranging samples from the sales team and the Operations team for the photo shoot.
• Sending samples back to their respective locations.
• Running Daily sales reports / Credits for the department.
• Helping the E-commerce Marketing team to arrange the photo shoot for the website.
• Preparing excel spread sheet for product upload, colors, pricing, UPC Codes, etc. in the website back end system.
• Coding all images correctly and organizing them in folders based on deliveries and categories.
• Answering customer service phone calls / emails
• Cross referencing images between the photographer and the buy sheet.
• Solving the customer inquiries related to returns, exchanges , products , stock availability.
• Collecting all the info like Style #, Color, pricing, Images from all the Licensee’s and the In house team.
• Coordinating with E-commerce marketing team for the Email Blasts.

Qualifications:

• Exceptional ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong leader with excellent follow up skills who can manage people and meet deadlines.
• A highly collaborative team player with a track record of partnering with others to meet objectives.
• Minimum of 2 years in E-commerce business.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Self-motivated, looking for challenge and growth.
• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written to people of varying levels and cultures.
