Hi there, we're Article. 👋 We're an online furniture company, renowned for its home delivery experience. As a Driver Helper, you will safely unload and assemble their furniture in their homes or businesses. You will unload containers of boxed furniture, organize the warehouse and stage outgoing orders for our home delivery trucks.

• Just like our furniture our trucks are beautiful inside and out, with the most comfortable seats
• All the professional dollys: 2 wheelers, 4 wheelers and everything you need to get the job done
• Phones, tablets all the routes are pre-routed
• All of our trucks are 3 years old or new

What You'll Do
Talk to any of our customers, and they'll tell you the impact our delivery teams have on their furniture experience. Our delivery teams aren't just safe and reliable transportation experts. They're the friendly faces who make our customers' living spaces come to life.

• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver remarkably better customer experiences
• Work in the warehouse to complete associate duties as required
• Safely load, unload and assemble furniture in two-person teams
• Communicate with other team members, dispatch, and supervisors.
• Safely transport furniture to our customers

Requirements

• Reliable, flexible schedule, and have the ability to meet the demands of the business with a positive attitude.
• Legally able to work in the United States
• Ability to work independently or with little supervision.
• Able to lift/maneuver up to 100 lbs. of merchandise by yourself
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Minimum one year of experience in customer service.
• Able to lift/maneuver heavy items (±300 lbs.) with a team member (team lift) and/or proper lifting equipment
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment fit-for-duty physical exam and drug screening.

• Pre-employment Drug (Cannabis/THC is not tested for) & Alcohol test
