Qualifications And Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have a driving record in Good Standing and No DUI/DWI or drug conviction in last 5 years
• Ability to read maps efficiently
• Diligent attention to detail and safety

Working conditions
The incumbent is required to drive, walk, stoop, or kneel. Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, vehicles, and is regularly exposed to extreme heat or cold, or temperatures consistent with outdoor weather.
Physical Requirements

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 70 lbs.
• Able to multi-task and work under pressure environment
• The ability to walk, bend, reach, push, stoop, squat, and climb, as necessary, to perform vehicle inspections required under 49 CFR Sections 396.11-15 of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Frequent holding and grasping with the hands when loading and unloading equipment.
• Frequent use of foot/feet to operate foot pedal/s on equipment and trucks
