What You’ll Do

• Learn about pet nutrition and well-being from veterinarians, nutritionists, vendors, and behaviorists as part of the more than 40 hours of paid training our team members attend each year
• Provide a one-of-a-kind customer service experience for our customers and their four-legged family members
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment for the pets in our care
• Use your skills and creativity to provide custom cuts and services for all breeds
• Place the primary emphasis on the safety and comfort of our four-legged guests at all times

What You’ll Need

• The ability to lift 50 plus pounds repeatedly and be on your feet for 8-10 hours per day
• The ability to work together as a team to serve our customers and meet your store’s goals
• The ability to work a schedule that meets our grooming clients needs (including Saturdays)
• A genuine love for people and their pets
• A broad knowledge of clip styles, breed-specific cuts, finishing techniques (with an emphasis on hand-scissoring)
• A thirst for knowledge and the desire to grow your skillset.
• A desire to build relationships with our customers and treat them like family

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $46,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
