Job Schedule/ Details:

The role is QA function responsible for auditing, processing, version controlling, publication and retention of functional documents and/or GMP records. The role is responsible for ensuring completeness and compliance to governing policies/procedures and mentoring customers in doc control documents and/or GMP records. The position provides direct support that is not limited to, Compliance, R&D, QA, Engineering, MS&T, HS&E, MTO, Distribution and various support areas (e.g. IT, Medical Safety, Training).

• Knowledge of the following regulations and standards: ISO13485, MDSAP, EU MDR/MDD, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Thorough knowledge and experience in TrackWise software and Document Management System.
• Proficiency with full suite of MS Office, Adobe software, and standard applications.
• Document filing activities and sending records for outside storage.
• Use of basic analytical techniques and/or previous experience to identify the most appropriate option or to adapt or improve existing approaches.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and presentation).

Experience

• Preferred Level: 5 years in medical device industry within record/document control function
• Minimum Required: 3 years in medical device industry within record/document control function.

Education

• Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree
