Job Description
Inside the Role
The Indianapolis Redistribution Center (RDC) is a fast paced operation which provides direct aftermarket parts support to DTNA's dealer and distribution network. At the Indianapolis RDC you will work alongside highly motivated individuals within the organization's Leadership Team, focusing on both short and long term goals and objectives of the RDC.

Position offers a starting salary range of $90,000 - $115,000
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
  • Oversee HR functions and all other office and administrative activities.
  • Responsible for warehouse layout, ongoing reconfiguration efforts, space utilization and slotting to support efficiency.
  • Strategic Planning and Supervisor position in a Redistribution Center for Heavy Duty Truck Parts.
  • Point of contact for all federal, state, local and corporate inspection/audit efforts
  • Responsible for all inventory control and customer service activities to include credit and claims issues.
  • Super User for SAP, DView and all other systems in use at the RDC.
  • Engage in both tactical and strategic planning to maximize operational efficiencies.
  • Responsible for the RDC safety and security programs as well as vendor management and all equipment/facility maintenance issues.
  • Lead and direct all indirect and support functions with the Indianapolis RDC. This consists of a 1 person office staff, and the warehouse support team. Work alongside the level 6 TOS Supervisor and oversee the RDC Continuous Improvement effort.
  • Facilitate problem solving between the RDC and corporate functions, including the RDC Operations Team and TOS Team both located in Fort Mill, SC
Knowledge You Should Bring
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university and 6+ years of related experience OR 8 years of related experience in lieu of degree required
  • An attached resume required
  • Proven leadership skills with strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills required
  • Working knowledge of truck manufacturing parts required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and Lotus Notes required
  • Strong strategic planning and project management skills required
Exceptional Candidates Might Have
  • Ideal candidates should possess a strong operational background in either distribution or manufacturing with demonstrated ability to apply TOS
  • Kronos knowledge
