The Terminal Support position provides assistance in the day-to-day functions for the terminal.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Coordinates Drivers’ pick-ups and delivers to customers’ requirements.
• Refers any unresolved Driver issues to Regional Fleet Manager.
• Provide on-going direction to Drivers by setting clear expectations regarding Safety, DOT Compliance and on-time performance
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Learns and facilitates Driver compliance with DOT regulations.
• Assists with Driver problems and/or concerns they may have.
• Effectively communicates with drivers, customers and internal team members.
• Provides accurate, timely and complete movements and daily Driver updates.
• Assists with day- to- day functions for our NEL (brokerage) Department, Customer Service, Breakdown and Operations, as needed.

Experience: 1-2 years of industry experience preferred.

Schedule: 4x4 Rotation -Daylight 6am-6pm
