Dispatcher - Operations Support

We are looking for a Dispatcher - Operations Support professional to join our team.

• This position is Fri, Sat, Sunday from 4pm - 4am

Transportation experience is not required if you have strong customer service skills. We will provide training for the right person.

General Overview:

• Check and enter driver payroll
• Assist drivers with breakdowns, accidents, incidents, reports
• Strong customer service skills
• Manage, assign, and track trips / routes
• Strong Computer Skills – MS Office / Excel
• Ability to provide support to drivers in a professional and positive manner
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Provide positive and ongoing support to drivers
• Ability to multitask
