This customer service position typically works day shifts on weekdays as well as over the weekend. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCH ADMIN - DISPATCHER

As the Dispatch Admin - Dispatcher, you hold a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. As the lead Dispatch Admin - Dispatcher, your responsibilities include training and providing feedback to our Dispatch Admin - Dispatchers. You audit calls, rewrite scripts, and ensure we have enough staffing during our peak seasons.

A dedicated team player, you do whatever it takes to help our dispatching process run more smoothly, even jumping on the phone to take calls when the need arises. You are passionate about providing excellent customer service and letting people know that we are the company that can best meet their plumbing needs!

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO BE A DISPATCH ADMIN - DISPATCHER?

• Accounting experience
• Computer and typing proficiency
• Experience using ServiceTitan
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge about industry codes and standards in Washington and Oregon
