Job Description
Overview:
Brighton Ski Resort is looking for dishwashers and/or bussers for the 2022/2023 ski season. We operate 3 outlets from the base area including Milly Chalet and the Alpine Rose Cafeterias and Molly Green's Bar and Restaurant.

Responsibilities:
  • Hand washing and operating a dishwashing machine to clean cutlery, plates and kitchen equipment
  • Washing pots, pans, cutlery, ect in a quick and effective manner to ensure a smooth daily operation of the restaurant
  • Working with and assisting your teammates to provide exceptional guest service
  • Depending on the outlet different duties may be assigned including snow removal, clearing and santizing cafeteria tables, restocking restaurant supplies and taking out garbage.
Qualifications:
  • Current food handlers permit required and Sips & Tips if applicable
  • 18+ years old to work in the Cafeterias and 21+ years old to work in the Bar
  • Able to remain calm, cool and collected under pressure
  • Flexible availability during the ski season (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs unassisted
  • Passion for guest service and the hospitality industry
