SAGE Dining Services® is seeking someone to fill a Steward/Dishwasher position at a private school in Dyke, VA.

The person filling this position will work nights and weekends, but no late nights. You will be working on a beautiful boarding school campus, in our brand-new kitchen.

Schedule

• Wednesday- Sunday
• 11:00 A.M.- 7:30 P.M.
• Additional hours may be available for events, with advanced notice given.

Pay Type

$15.00 - $16.00 Hourly

What You'll Do

• Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
• Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
• Rotate products in inventory.
• Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.
• Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
• Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
• Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
• Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.

What You'll Need

• Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
• Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
