: As a Dishwasher at L'Auberge Provencale, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our restaurant kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen utensils are cleaned and sanitized promptly, meeting the highest standards of hygiene. Additionally, you will assist the kitchen staff in various food preparation tasks, helping to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:

• Hand wash delicate and specialty items as required.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and maintain effective communication.
• Follow sanitation and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe workspace.
• Attend training sessions and staff meetings as required.
• Keep the kitchen area clean and organized at all times.
• Load, operate, and unload the commercial dishwasher efficiently.
• Dispose of waste properly and adhere to recycling procedures.

Requirements:

• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for learning and a positive attitude.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A strong sense of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen assistant role is preferred but not mandatory.
